Both my daughter and myself had the best experience at Ramon Bacaui Hair Salon! From the moment you walk in, everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. Ana Leah did a color correction for me that I was so grateful for and she fixed my daughter's highlights. Highly recommend this extremely knowledgeable and talented salon!
Ana is my hero! My hair had been butchered at another salon, my very short pixie cut was a disaster. I called Ramon Bacaui and asked for help, they rescued me. I walked in crying, but after some tenderness and brilliance from Ana I left with a smile…..and a warm hug. Thank you for saving me.

The first time I reached out to this salon, I had a stylist in mind. When first messaged with her, she evaluated my goals and determined another stylist would be a better fit, as I have curly hair. I'm sure she would have been lovely, but the stylist she suggested instead is a DREAM.I've now been to Allie (Allison Jannison) twice and both times I've left the salon soooo happy. I'm a fairly anxious person - stressing about what i'm gonna talk about during the 3 hour appt (cut & balayage). But Allie is just so sweet, empathetic, and easy to talk to. She's honestly just the best. She works wonder with my hair - both with the cut AND the color. ugh the color is SO good. 10/10 absolutely recommend. especially for other high-anxiety gals - she really cares.
Ana Leah and Jose are the absolute best at what they do. They both have been taking excellent care of me for a while now, suggesting the best products and regimens for myself. The salon is very nice, always very clean and all of the staff is very welcoming and nice! I look forward to coming in and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work with very reasonable prices!

I had a horrible highlight job done by someone else and needed correction to what I wanted. I saw Perla for full highlights and all I can say is WOW! Perla is magic when it comes to hair color. She did EXACTLY what I had originally wanted. Perla gave me the most beautiful blonde highlights which compliment my skin tone perfectly. Perla is definitely my new hair stylist.I did not have time to get a haircut the day I got highlights so I came the next week to get it cut. Unfortunately Perla was all booked so I had Kat trim my hair and give me layers and subtle side bangs. And she did amazing too.Everyone is absolutely fantastic and so friendly at the salon. But Brian who runs the front will make you feel like family. So friendly, offered me water and coffee and just made me feel welcomed.Thank you Ramon Bacaui hair for making this mama feel absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait for my next session!
Amazing Salon with extremely friendly, helpful and knowable staff!The one staff member who stands out the most for me is Brian at the front desk. He always make me feel taken care of and goes above & beyond to make sure that my needs are met. He is always smiling and has a positive upbeat, can do attitude. He is a great asset to the Salon always making me feel welcome every time I go in for an appointment.
I've now been going here over a year for my Hairskeen system and it's simply a 5 star experience every single time! Ana, Jose, Robert, Brian, everyone there is always so friendly and welcoming as soon as I walk in. Ana and Jose are the ones who cut, wash, and replace my system and let me say... they're both so caring, professional, thorough, and pay extra attention to detail from start to finish. my Hairskeen system has truly changed my life and given me back all of my confidence. so if you're on the fence about getting a Hairskeen system then at least go in for a consultation and experience it for yourself! all of these positive reviews speak for themselves!
Amazing stylist! I started coming to Allis at Ramon and Bacaui because I saw the balayage and highlights she had done for my good friend. I have a lot of hair to work with and Allis took the time to make sure I liked the end result. I have gotten countless compliments on my hair and she does exactly what I’m looking for. I had grow out from my previous color and she toned it and then add the perfect touch of blonde to make it shine! She’s not just great at color she also does a great job at layers and cut. I’ve always felt stress going to get my hair done, but Allis makes me feel comfortable and I know I’m leaving my hair to trusted hands. Thanks Allis for always leaving me confident when I leave the salon!
